Bringing together field service teams across pest control, lawn care, security, cleaning and more, WorkWave’s Beyond Service Customer Conference comprised four days of industry expertise and Texas-sized excitement at the beautiful Hilton Anatole in Dallas.

Focused on empowering customers to take their business data and turn it into decisive action, this year’s Beyond Service was all about transformation. In addition to scores of sessions, panels, Q&As and product-specific bootcamps, the conference was buzzing with the excitement of networking, thrilling evening events and one particularly exciting announcement customers were waiting for.

Introducing: Wavelytics Decision Intelligence

Building on its Wavelytics™ platform, WorkWave announced the arrival of dynamic, prescriptive dashboards directly into WorkWave’s core software solutions. Decision Intelligence goes beyond traditional reporting to form a strategic navigation system, acting as a context-aware engine purpose-built for the nuances of the pest control, lawn care, cleaning and security industries.

Key functionality includes:

Dashboards  — The What and Where

High-level visibility into macro trends, such as sales pipeline health or revenue retention, uniquely designed for each of WorkWave’s industry-specific solutions.

Scorecards — The Who

Granular performance tracking that pinpoints individual efficiency, from a salesperson’s close rate to a technician’s chemical usage.

Alerts — The Now

Proactive nudges that flag urgent issues, such as aging leads or sudden spikes in callbacks, allowing managers to intervene immediately.

Ask WAIve — The Orchestrator

A natural language interface that serves as the Unified Intelligence Layer. Beyond simply answering questions about revenue or inventory, Ask WAIve allows users to direct specialized agents to generate reports, surface insights, and recommend next steps—all from the data interface.

Captivating Keynotes

Attendees heard directly from WorkWave CEO Kevin Kemmerer, who spoke about the way field service is shifting and WorkWave’s role in that ongoing transformation. The company has embraced its mission and vision in new ways, always with a focus on being the best possible partner for those working in field service.

Kemmerer touched on:

  • Essential Industry Recognition: Applauding the indispensable, person-centric work performed by customers — which AI cannot replace
  • Customer Success & Service: Significant improvements in WorkWave customer support, including 50% faster data migrations and support call resolution times
  • Innovation & Fintech: Rapidly accelerating product innovation, including dynamic routing, new mobile apps for RealGreen and WinTeam), digital forms and Earned Wage Access (EWA), all centered on industry needs
  • WAIve™: Of course, Kemmerer was as thrilled to speak about WorkWave’s latest AI functionality as customers were to hear about it

Speaker and author Shawn Kanungo addressed attendees, as well, highlighting the lightning speed and constant change that comes with a technology-based, AI-driven reality. The best way to handle that change, he stressed, is to embrace it. As AI continues to gain traction, embracing that change means going beyond automation by delegating, supervising and taking action more effectively.

That sense of urgency is here to stay, calling for leaders to take bold action when others hesitate; to embrace failure when it happens, and keep moving despite it; and above all else to stay reliable, stay consistent, and remember that people matter most, whether it’s your team or your customers. In his own words, “The greatest strategy in the world is to deeply care.”

Insightful Sessions

As expected, AI and business analytics were at the forefront of attendees’ minds, as showcased by the topics at the heart of our top attended sessions:

Wavelytics 101 — David Libesman, WorkWave SVP & GM, AI & Data Analytics, demystified the building blocks of the Wavelytics platform for users, demonstrating firsthand how this powerful suite of AI and data-driven solutions can help attendees turn raw data into actionable insights

Defining the Future: An Early Adopter Roundtable on Predictive AI and Analytics — A roundtable composed of early adopters across the field service industry, this session dove into how participants have transformed their businesses with executive-level dashboards and actionable insights from the Wavelytics platform.

The Art of the Possible: The Future of AI and Analytics — This exclusive look into the future of data showed attendees how to move beyond traditional reporting to revolutionize their businesses, with a focus on how AI and analytics can be put to work uncovering the true potential of their data.

From the opening remarks to unforgettable evening events, the WorkWave team was thrilled to spend another year exchanging ideas and insight with customers. Thank you to all of our sponsors, congratulations to our award winners, and we hope to see you all next year from January 31-February 3 for Beyond Service Customer Conference 2027 in New Orleans!
