How often is the software solution updated?
Our development team is continually working to build new features – some of which have been requested specifically by our users (we encourage customers to provide feedback and to make requests). Our updates aim to reduce friction and to maintain open communication between the mobile workforce and operations, while always providing optimal routes.

Do I need to install WWRM at my premises?
No, WorkWave Route Manager is a cloud-based service that does not require local installation on your servers.
What browser do I need for this?
It’s compatible with all browsers, including FireFox, Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc.
I have simple route-planning needs. Will this be too much for me?
WorkWave Route Manager is easy to use! We offer a complimentary workshop for new users to help you get up to speed, with the opportunity to ask questions and set up your account for success.
I only need to adjust my routes every now and then. Is this the right solution?
Whether you run static or dynamic routes, we’ll help you get ahead of your competition with the most efficient routes -- we’ll keep your vehicles running profitable, efficient routes day in and day out. With proofs of delivery and GPS integration, you’ll easily stay connected to your mobile force throughout the day while improving customer service.
Do you take traffic information into account?
We allow you to add your own traffic patterns for certain regions or areas and for specific dates. Coming soon - our maps will account for average traffic data.
My vehicles have commercial/weight restrictions and cannot go on certain roads. Will WorkWave Route Manager recognize these roads?
Yes, we can customize your profile with the specific configuration of your vehicles. Just share your restrictions and vehicle dimensions.
Can I compare the planned routes with actual ones?
Yes, WorkWave Route Manager’s mobile app and integration with GPS lets you monitor your drivers’ progress in real-time. Receive notifications on check-in/check-out, proof of delivery, and rescheduling notes with Route Manager 360. Add GPS (track via vehicle or smartphone/tablet) and view breadcrumb trails with recent location data right on your Route Manager dashboard. Get the complete view from one screen.
Can you integrate with my CRM?
Yes, WorkWave Route Manager can integrate with any CRM, OMS, WMS, or customer database.
I want to route plan for multiple days on long distance. Is WWRM the right tool for me?
No, our solution is not designed for long-haul businesses. We focus on satisfying the needs of businesses who deliver to the last mile.
Pricing and Packages
What is the pricing structure?
You are billed a monthly fee/vehicle.
Are there any hidden fees? Yearly renewal costs? Activation costs?
Nope, that’s not how we do business. Once you subscribe to WorkWave Route Manager, your monthly fee remains the same until you add new vehicles. Our customer support is free, there are no maintenance fees, and you can expect your costs to remain the same year after year.
Do you have enterprise offers? Do you provide volume discounts?
Do you offer a free trial?
Right now, we don’t. But, if you want to reach out to a routing specialist, we’d be happy to give you a tour and show your potential savings.
I have a seasonal business, do you offer monthly subscriptions?
WorkWave Route Manager offers monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions. Ask your sales representative for pricing information.
Training and Usability
How much training and support is offered?
Every customer receives a complimentary, one-on-one workshop to learn the basics. Once you are up and running, WorkWave Route Manager's support portal contains lots of customer questions, examples and tutorials that will help you with the answers you need. Send in your routes to be analyzed by a route specialist or call our team to speak to a live person. We're available to support our customers Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. ET.
Can multiple people log into my account at one time?
Yes, you can have up to 3-5 people log into your account at the same time; however, only one person can make changes at any given time.
Can I manually adjust the route after WWRM has calculated it for me?
Yes, you can always fine tune a route and the system will determine whether you are violating a constraint or creating an inefficient route. Drag-and-drop orders and see the impact that your changes have immediately on the planning dashboard.

Route Manager 360 and Mobile App
Can I plan routes from the mobile app?
No, the mobile app is for drivers. It’s used to navigate to the next stop and to check-in/check-out of orders.
Can I obtain a report that details actual arrival and departure times for my vehicles at every delivery stop?
Yes, based on the actions performed by the driver on our mobile app, or based on the GPS inside the smartphone of the driver, we can track when a vehicle arrives and departs from each location.
Do you offer proof of delivery?
Yes, if you are looking to confirm if a package was received or if service was confirmed by a customer you can utilize Route Manager 360 features. You can capture proofs of delivery, including signature, photo, text notes, and audio notes.
WorkWave Route Manager and GPS Integration
I just received my GPS devices. Why aren't they showing my vehicles?
Make sure that you contact Support to attach your WorkWave Route Manager account to your GPS account. When first plugging in the devices, it can take up to two hours to calibrate to your vehicles.
What GPS devices do you sell?
Based on your business needs we provide GPS tracking via smartphone or vehicle devices.
