For years, our customer conference has been a place to learn, connect, and share ideas. But as you all have grown, we've evolved too. On the agenda this conference is about sessions and speakers, but at its core WorkWave AMPLIFY is about more than just sessions and speakers. It's about helping you amplify what matters most: your growth, your impact, and your results. This conference reflects who we are today and where we're going together—a community focused on turning knowledge into action and potential into measurable results.
If you use PestPac, RealGreen, or TEAM Software, WorkWave AMPLIFY is built for you. Whether you're a business owner, executive, operations leader, office manager, or everyday user, you'll gain practical insights, discover new product capabilities, and connect with peers facing the same challenges and opportunities.
Select sessions will be available on demand but we encourage you to attend in person to receive the full experience.

We will have PestPac, RealGreen, and TEAM-specific sessions, but we're enhancing our session offerings to include more content focused on helping you grow and operate your business holistically. You can look forward to more joint sessions around business operations, peer-to-peer learning, innovative and AI-powered tech trends, future WorkWave roadmap investments, and insights from partners and leaders who are driving your industries forward.
All of our sessions offer value to every attendee. So, if you’re a RealGreen user (for example), feel free to attend PestPac sessions or vice versa! There is no pre-registration for any session outside of Meet the Product Expert appointments and Product Boot Camps – you may attend any session you choose!
Bootcamps are your opportunity for true hands-on time with the software, and they're included in your ticket price. Bring your laptop and work alongside our product experts using your own company's data for the deepest, most relevant learning experience possible. From day-to-day navigation to advanced workflows, you'll leave with real, practical skills you can apply the moment you're back in the office. Whether you're brand new or looking to sharpen your expertise, this is the best way to get real value out of your conference investment. Bootcamps require pre-registration so make sure to sign up during your conference registration if you wish to attend!
Our Meet the Product Experts area allows customers to meet one-on-one with product experts and staff for personalized attention and consultation. These 30-minute sessions can cover any topic you want but are commonly used for reporting how-to’s, feature demos, configuration help and technical questions, such as APIs.
Appointments to go live in the mobile app the week before the event. You may also visit our Product Experts room onsite to book an appointment with our team.
Planning to bring a guest to our evening events? Plus One passes may be purchased during your conference registration. Simply click the "Add Plus One" button on the registration items page. Please note that attendees are limited to one (1) guest pass each.
All conference events are strictly 21+. No children are permitted at any conference events.
The conference dress code is business casual. While you may wear slacks or casual suits if you choose; you’ll find many attendees prefer to wear jeans. We encourage you to be comfortable! You may be walking to different session rooms and events, and temperatures may vary based on hotel temperature control settings, so comfortable shoes and light layers are recommended.
The hotel block at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside is available until January 6, 2027. After this date, the rate will increase and rooms could sell out. Please visit the Travel tab for booking details.
February in New Orleans can be unpredictable. Average highs are usually in the mid-60s°F and lows can drop into the 40s°F. Because the climate is humid, it can feel colder or warmer than the actual temperature. We highly recommend checking the forecast a few days before you pack, bring an umbrella and the light layers mentioned in the dress code.
Yes, our conference takes place during the festive Mardi Gras season. While this makes for an incredibly exciting atmosphere, it also means street closures, parade traffic, and busy airports. We strongly recommend booking your flights and airport transfers earlier than usual.
The hotel is approximately 16 miles (about a 25–30 minute drive, depending on traffic) from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY).

Registration closes on January 29, 2027. Please secure your tickets by this date.
Refunds will be granted in full until December 11, 2026. After this date, you may transfer your pass to a colleague or receive a credit for the next WorkWave Customer Conference. Refunds will not be granted after this date.
Name badges are required and must be worn for the entire conference — nightly events included. For safety and security, name badges will be checked upon conference entry and at all evening events. Those without badges will be turned away and no badge reprints will be granted.
Registration and badge pick-up will open on Sunday, January 31st at 8am. We highly recommend picking up your badge on Sunday afternoon to avoid the Monday morning rush before the opening keynotes.
No. Conference passes are issued to a single individual and are non-transferable once the event begins. As noted in our security policy, name badges will be checked at all entry points, and reprints are not permitted.
